Re: Fuel selector valve
A can of Fuel Lube will lubricate many valves, I bought my can back in the 80's and have only used a small portion. My guess is that there are a lot of cans of Fuel Lube stored in our members hangars and the folks that have the stuff would be happy help out those who do not.

Re: Fuel selector valve
When I first purchased my 140, it had the wrong fuel selector valve. It was a L-R-Both-Off valve. I replace it with a cheap Weatherhead valve that worked for about 6 months and then started getting hard to turn. I tried some Marvel Mystery Oil. That worked for about a week or so, and then it started to get hard to turn once again. Then tried some Fuel Lube, same result, the 100LL dissolved the Fuel Lube. Maybe those two products will work with the original valves?
