“Blister” windows - anyone know anything about them?

Good morning!

As a first time 140 owner in his first 3 weeks of ownership, as you might imagine I have furiously researching every detail of these old machines. I just ran across a reference to Don L Meyers Company “blister window” installation. All I found was reference to it being allowed as long as they are installed per (two options listed) drawings by Don L Meyers. Anyone know anything about these, or better yet, have the referenced drawings?
