I am getting back into flying after a 20 year hiatus and just joined the Association..
I live in Seattle and the plane I am looking at is in the Houston area. Does anyone know of a mechanic in that area that would be able to do a pre- purchase check on a 140?
Thanks in advance,
Philip

Where in Houston is the airplane? Is it currently flyable? I have a 120 in Houston and know of at least one good shop; the mechanic there makes house calls sometimes, but need to know where.

On the web site home page under "Resources" you'll find a list of mechanics.
