Last OH: July1999. 71/52 McCauley Prop TT 3972, PropSMOH 234.5, Useful Load: 553. KX125 Radio, Appareo ESG ADSB Transponder, Stratus2 Hardwired ADSB In, 2 Place intercom, Updated Breaker Panel, Concorde Battery, Screw on Oil Filter, Push Button Start, Sky-Tec Flyweight Starter. Plane Power Alternator & Regulator, TANIS Preheat System, Hooker 4 Point Harnesses, Cleveland Brakes, Scott Tail wheel, LED Lighting. Next Annual due OCT 2025. Recent Engine Tear Down Inpection (April 25) to replace #3 Cylinder Intake Cam Follower and Hydraulic Unit. New Main Bearings, Seals and gaskets. No issues or leaks.
