Torque for propeller bolts

Post by 8128 »

I would like to confirm the proper torque for the propeller bolts on my 140a. I have a Continental C-90 with a McCauley CM7153 prop.

30 foot pounds is my belief. I see it's not in the Type Certificate or later issued 140A manual.

Just had my 1B90 overhauled at Western Propeller and we looked up the torque. Confirming that It is 30 ft-lbs (360 in-lbs)
