Fuselage rear Bulkhead doubler

While I am deep into a restoration of my 140 I would like to add the doubler to the rear fuselage bulkhead to eliminate the recurring AD 47-52-02.

Univair wants and insane amount for one.

Does anyone have a pattern I could use to fabricate one?

Are you talking about the tail post doublets? If so, I have some.

The AD has tail post in parentheses.

Just to be clear,the ones I have actually go on the vertical fin spar. I apologize for the confusion.
