9:00 am – Registration at office hangar or hangar G-1 (half way between parking and main office)

Historic Aircraft Restoration Museum (tours/access available all week with a convention badge as part of the 120-140 convention registration)

12:30 pm – Hobo’s Chicken Lunch at office hangar

4:00 pm – Boeing F15 Assembly Facility Tour

5:30 pm – Dinner on your own

Hospitality Room opens at the hotel after dinner

6:30-9:00 am – Breakfast at hotel

8:30 am – Safety Briefing for Poker Run at office hangar

9 – 11 am – Poker Run

Day trip / Free Time / HARM tours

12:30 pm – Lunch from P’sghetti’s (sandwiches and pasta) at office hangar

5:00 pm – Business Meeting at office hangar

6:00 pm – Dinner – Brett’s Traveling Steak Extravaganza

8:00 pm – Hospitality room open after BBQ at airport

6:30-9:00 am – Breakfast at hotel

8:00 am – First Timers Breakfast at hotel hospitality room

10:00 am – Maintenance Forum at office hangar

12:00 pm – Lunch from Roy & John’s Burger Bar at office hangar

1:00 pm – Flying Games

3:30 – 5 pm – Hangar Happy Hour Hangar G-1

5:00 pm – Banquet catered by Susan Dirnberger at office hangar

8:00 pm – Hospitality Room opens at hotel after banquet

7:00 am – Coffee and Doughnuts at airport
